Bates Barn is a 42′ X 82′ wood structure with exposed majestic beams providing a rustic yet modern space with seating for up to 175+ people.
What makes us different from other rustic barn spaces is that we can host year round meetings or special events with indoor climate control. The meeting setup includes: WiFi, Satelite, Sound System, Ceiling Screen\Projector and Tables\Chairs. The main level has a custom built bar and wheelchair accessible washrooms. The lower level has a clean-up kitchen and washrooms.
Our outdoor space offers views of the Belleisle Bay cable ferry and 15 acres of scenic countryside.
Our unique venue provides an unforgettable experience for company events, team building, or yearly kickoffs. We have a wide range of different settings and setups available. The transition from meetings\team building to an evening dance with a DJ or Band will be seamless.
